You've always dreamed of plotting your customers on a map and simply drawing a circle to put them into routes. We've GOT IT!
Here's the workflow.
Let's say it's spring and you're backed up with 50 quotes, or you have 500 preventative maintenance services to do. Simply plot those on our live, interactive map. Here, a white pushpin indicates an un-routed stop.
Separate pushpins into routes.
The next step is visually separating stops into logical, color-coded routes. Simply circle the stops that you want to assign to a route, then select the route. In this example, we created 2 routes. The top route is blue and represents one day of work. The bottom route is green and represents a second day of work.
Automagically Optimized
Once you break your route up into days, FIELDPAY will optimize the stops within each day, scheduling out the day to include your service tech's start time and location, as well as the travel time between each job. All of the work is done for you!
Route Summary
With each created route, you can review a summary of the stops for each day, the day the stops are scheduled, and the percentage of stops assigned to each day. Finally, you can review all of your routes and make them LIVE!
